Lace Market Properties Talk about their Regeneration
Lace Market Properties Investment Sales team recently exhibited at The Property Investor Show at Excel London Docklands 21 – 23 September, 2007.
This is the largest dedicated property investment event held in the UK each year. The show is "the must attend" event for the serious property buyer. The team were on hand to answer questions to potential purchasers considering buying residential property for investment purposes.
They also gave help and advice on all aspects of buying, financing and managing property portfolios. Lace Market Properties rental company LMP City Lets were also present on the show stand offering clients the additional service of letting newly acquired investment properties.
Investment Sales Director Tony Pinks said: “We showcased our Southside Regeneration models on the stand to show investors our remarkable regeneration programme. We were able to offer an insight of Lace Market Properties vision for the future of the area and clients were so impressed they decided to be part of them by reserving apartments at the show.

One of these residential developments known as The PictureWorks was so popular that more than 60% of the 128 apartments have been sold.”
Colin Sheehan also held a seminar at the show at explaining “Urban regeneration, and what impact it would have on investors”. This encouraged a lively debate during the subsequent question and answer session.
