Mr Hayes jumps ship to move into Litmus
Lace Market Properties were delighted to welcome their first occupier Mr Hayes to their latest development The Litmus Building on Huntingdon Street
Mr Hayes of Chesterfield who is serving in the Royal Navy is currently on an exchange programme with the Royal Netherlands Navy and only had leave for a couple of days before starting a new role on a defence course in Den Haag.
The investment sales team ensured that Mr Hayes was able to move in on his specified date otherwise he could not have taken occupation until he was back in the country in November.

When asked why he chose to purchase a two bedroom apartment within the Litmus development Mr Hayes remarked: “Nottingham has a very promising market. Investing in this new regeneration area will hopefully prove to be extremely profitable.
“I am really pleased with the design of the development. It looks superb and my new apartment is great, the sales team have been really accommodating. I am looking forward to starting my new role in the navy but really can’t wait to finally move in fully when I am back later this year and getting back my feet on dry land.”
Investment Sales Director Tony Pinks said: “We are delighted to get our first owner over the threshold. This development is magnificent and my sales team and I are looking forward to welcoming the next 295 occupiers when the building will then be full.
“We have a busy period ahead of us but it is always extremely gratifying to offer our customers what we believe to be the best accommodation in town.”
Tim McArtney of Architects CPMG who designed the building added: “I believe this building has set a new benchmark in the city for residential architecture in terms of quality and amenity. We have a truly contemporary design which introduces colour and enlivens this part of the city centre.”
