About us
The Lace Market group is Nottingham's acknowledged specialist in the conversion and refurbishment of historical and redundant buildings into residential use. We have gained a reputation as one of this sector's most dynamic and successful organisations and have built significantly more apartments than any other developer in the City.
Part of a group of privately owned and funded companies set up in 1998, the Lace Market group has successfully completed over 893 new apartments within 8 years of trading. Another 712 apartments are currently under construction, with over 3,500 apartments going through the planning proicess. We have developed 415,000 square feet of residential space to date, creating £91.25 million of value.
The aim is to now export the group's successful approach to other selected towns and cities around the UK.
